For a single registration please complete the registration form and we will contact you for finance details. If you are registering multiple devices, please contact Birmingham Quality and we will provide a separate registration form.

Please contact Birmingham Quality for more information about registration and reports. We will try to ensure that the “on-boarding” into these new services is as painless as possible. There will be slightly different approaches depending on whether you have an existing HBnnnn number or wish to consolidate different HBnnnn numbers.

Yes, the two Schemes will be dispatched at the same time, but they will use separate specimens. This allows us to target specific analyte concentrations.

Depending on demand, we hope to join the Urine Dipsticks and the Urine Pregnancy Testing Schemes together.
